The Initiative involves three tier approach.
Process of shortlisting will be independent of participation in State Conclaves.
Those interested to join the State Conclave alone, may Register only for that. Those wanting to be shortlisted for next stage must Register for both.
At the first tier, State Conclaves are being organised in association with State Governments and other stakeholders.
Tech-based start-ups of the State will join State Conclaves to interact with policy makers, technology experts, industry veterans, support institutions and others. State Conclaves would enable tech Start-ups explore complex world of business and learn from experienced individuals. Simultaneously, Start-ups will be invited to submit their business proposition/ plan. These will be examined a Committee of Experts that will shortlist a few Start-ups that will be invited to attend the National Conclave.
Second tier of the initiative will be the National Conclave of Start-ups.
All Start-ups shortlisted at State Conclaves and a few others will be invited to join the event that will be addressed by senior policy makers and industry captains and will provide an opportunity for Start-ups to interact with experts and explore possibilities of making it to international markets using ESC’s global links. From amongst assembled Start-ups, a few (around 25) will be selected by a high-powered Jury for inclusion in the Mission to San Francisco, USA.
Mission to USA
Mission to USA has been planned at the initiative of Consulate General of India at San Francisco.
Selected Start-ups with most innovative ideas will be invited to join the Mission that will be led by Chairman, ESC. While in USA, visiting delegates will get a chance to meet potential business partners as well as some High Net-worth Individuals (HNIs) and Venture Capitalists (VCs) keen to invest in promising Indian Start-ups. Mission to U.S.A is planned for January 2023
